About these terms
These terms govern purchases made from Renova. Product descriptions, current prices, delivery options and return conditions shown during checkout form part of each order.
Payment
Renova accepts prepaid orders through Paystack. Reaching a payment-return page does not prove payment. An order becomes paid only after server-side verification of the payment reference, amount, currency and status.
Availability
Product and supplier availability may change. If a paid item cannot be fulfilled, Renova will contact the customer and provide an appropriate replacement or refund option in accordance with the published policy.
