Information Renova uses
Renova collects the details needed to process orders, verify payments, deliver purchases, provide tracking and respond to support requests. This may include contact, delivery, order and payment-reference information. Renova does not collect raw card numbers or CVV data.
Essential storage
Renova uses essential browser storage for the shopping bag, saved privacy choices, checkout continuity and security-related functions. These features are necessary for the store to operate and cannot be disabled through the optional-consent controls.
Analytics choices
Optional analytics may be used to understand performance and improve shopping journeys. Renova records an analytics choice only after the visitor accepts it through the privacy banner.
Advertising measurement
Meta Pixel is loaded only after advertising consent is granted. Visitors can decline optional advertising measurement or reopen Privacy choices from the footer. Withdrawing consent prevents future optional pixel activity on that browser; it does not undo information already processed before withdrawal.
Service providers
Renova uses service providers required to operate the store, including Paystack for hosted payments, delivery partners for fulfilment, Neon for database services, Cloudinary for product media, Render for hosting and Resend or Formspree for transactional notifications.
