Information Renova uses
Renova collects the details needed to process orders, verify payments, deliver purchases, provide tracking and respond to support requests. This may include contact, delivery, order and payment-reference information. Renova does not collect raw card numbers or CVV data.
Browser storage
Renova uses browser storage for the shopping bag, checkout continuity, saved items and security-related functions needed to operate the store.
Analytics and advertising measurement
Renova uses analytics and Meta Pixel to understand site performance, measure advertising campaigns and improve shopping journeys. These services may receive technical information about visits and product interactions, subject to their own privacy terms and applicable law.
Service providers
Renova uses service providers required to operate the store, including Paystack for hosted payments, delivery partners for fulfilment, Neon for database services, Cloudinary for product media, Render for hosting and Resend or Formspree for transactional notifications.
