Processing and delivery
Orders are processed only after successful payment verification. The expected delivery timeframe for most Renova orders is 3–5 working days. Remote routes or circumstances outside our reasonable control may require more time, and affected customers will be informed by email.
Delivery choices
Jumia Delivery is the primary planned option. GIG Logistics, Sendbox, Fez and Kwik may appear when enabled by the owner. Prices and availability are configured by route. “Free” will appear only when an order genuinely qualifies under an active campaign.
Accurate address information
Customers must provide a correct phone number, complete address, LGA and nearby landmark. Renova is not responsible for delays caused by incomplete or inaccurate delivery details.
